World class tuna at Mantis St Helena

Mantis St Helena  have collaborated with St Helena fisheries to showcase the Island’s premium tuna, this time in a Sushi & Sashimi event on Saturday 9th Feb. 4-6 pm.

It’s not just a chance to sample our world class tuna though the globally popular sushi and sashimi format, but to also meet the fishermen who catch the tuna with a chance to learn more about the techniques used to get the fish from the ocean to out plates.
